THE POWER OF SNACKING

Ok everyone, here it is, the power of snacking. Dont be so full, eat smaller meals
throughout the day and lose weight.

Yes, we all love that big holiday meal, gorge ourselves, fall out of your PANTS AND then feel guilty. So, dont get to this point anymore or ever again. Start by eating breakfast. Have a good lunch, eat a mid afternoon snack, nuts, fruit, cheese, peanut butter, etc and then dont arrive at dinner starved.

Be smart, you dont need me to tell you what to do, you know what to do, so go to it.
Smaller more frequent meals will keep you from having to buy BIGGER PANTS.

Fat in the Eye of the BEHOLDER

Tip 3. Fat is in the eye of the beholder.
Remember what you see is not often what others see. If you are overly hard on yourself and only approach your fitness goals with a negative attitude, you will never get result.

Say something nice to yourself about your look and make a small goal today. Go to
the gym, hit the streets, get a bike and get out there and simply move. I promise you
that if you take a few minutes a day working out, your outlook will change and soon the body will change.

Remember, be kind to yourself and laugh when you look in the mirror, you can change in any direction you want with the right attitude.

2. NEX TIP: NO MORE ELASTIC

Thats right, no more elastic.
If you are a girl and you want to feel better about how you look to yourself make sure you are wearing the right size. One size to SMALL makes everything look bigger.

If you are a guy, no more tight underwear, shorts, speeds. That back fat can be hidden by slightly large underwear. Try it. NO MORE ELASTIC, BE FREE!

This fitness tip seems silly, but with more room to breathe, you will look smaller in the mirror, give it try. Im not saying go out looking like your wearing tent wear.
Go out in the right size and you feel see a new you in the mirror. Im gonna try this myself and not wear those jeans from 4 years ago.

NO.1 TAN FAT IS BETTER THAN WHITE FAT!

OK PEOPLE, what does that title above mean, what does my fat have to do with anything?

Well, what it means is that there are simple things you can do everyday to not only improve your health, fitness, mind and look. But there are minor adjustments you can make in your attitude, your approach that will improve your look. Sometimes improving our lok to the world gives us more confidence.

So, heres my first tip to feeling better. Look better to eveyone and yourself.
You ask, what can I do? Well, here is tip number one.

NO.1 Simply, drink more water than you have been. Oh, dont be disappointed, you were expecting something grand, and revelation, well those will come later. But, unless you are driking 6 to 8 glasses a day, you are not utilizing my principles.
If you drink 2 glasses or 4 glasses or non, if you double your cunsumption, let me promise you what will happen:

Better Skin
Clean Pee
Hydrate
Get Energized
Feel More Full, Eat Less
Lose Weight
